Around this part of California you can find a diverse landscape with all types of vacation destinations within a short drive. Newport Beach attracts visitors to its picturesque location, which combines the natural beauty of the sparkling ocean with manmade islands featuring gorgeous homes, a concrete boardwalk, and a charming town. Thats probably whats causing the flickering. You have to be sure to get the right light bulbs that are specific to dimmable light switches. Note for Management: I believe you are using the wrong bulbs with the dimmable light switches. Overall decent stay, very close to the beach, would recommend for summer beach stays. The lighting situation was bad, the lights were flickering the whole time. They gave us a welcome bag with trash bags, a sponge, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and laundry packs to get you by. Other than that the unit was comfortable enough for 3 of us. I had to call my husband at home to walk me through lighting the pilot and turning on the system. The unit was freezing when we arrived and the wall heater pilot was not even on. I had to park my SUV on the street across from unit and a block to two down. You must have a tiny car to use the garage parking space. The Duplex was a little difficult to access with your vehicle. Newport Beach is such a beautiful place and short commute time to Disneyland. I chose this place to stay for access to Disneyland.
